Quirky, Short and a Lot of Fun
If you like quirk and hills, then this course is for you. Back 9 has a lot more quirk and elevation change than the front 9. Previous reviewers are correct in that the course is quite short. But, if you go in with the right attitude, you can enjoy yourself.
I would not play this course during peak play as I can see it being a shooting gallery. However, during my off-season round, the course was enjoyable.
Straight forward
This course is anything but challenging. This course is extremely short and straight. It is a good course for you to practice hitting your iron shots. There is only 1 hole (18) that you can utilize a driver off of the box. Greens are slow and the rough is friendly. You get what you pay for here.
Good value for money, friendly staff
Played 18 holes. Staff was very friendly. Course is short, but great practice for someone who doesn't drive the ball long. Greens were in nice shape. Not much difference between fairway and rough. Pace of play was good. Was allowed to pass through two groups and teamed up with another single to finish. If playing only 9 holes definitely play the back nine. It has a much better variation in holes and three that water come into play.
This course is a lot like my golf game...
It's a fun course to play with your friends if you're an occasional golfer looking to have fun. It's short, lacking any par 5's or even a hole longer than 370 yds. It's also extremely inexpensive, I've played 18 with a cart for less than $20 at prime times (ie in the morning). It is true that the fairways and roughs are virtually indistinguishable. If you compare it to courses that cost $40 to play, of course it comes up short. Take it for what it is, a very reasonably priced course. Also the staff are quite pleasant and the concessions are dirt cheap.
Big Improvement
Course in much better shape⛳️ Great rate from group golfer.I was pleased with the great improvement from last year
Ok for $5, otherwise not worth money
I could have caught the course at a bad time, but we had a hard time distinguishing rough from fairway. It's unfortunate as this course could be magnificent if it was kept! The fairway was like hitting out of your salad bowl. Greens were like putting on thick carpet. On the bright side the greens were accepting and easy to stop your ball on. If you hit the rough you might as well take a drop, as you would not find your ball! Won't return, if you pay more than $5, you won't be satisfied.
Not bad for the price
If you are looking for a cheap place to play 18 holes, this is the place.
